Biabook, Business in a book, was birthed from the Biabox program developed by Adesola Akindele to help guide her mentees. After helping aspiring entrepreneurs to start their businesses, she realized tracking their progress as well as keeping them focused and motivated was tricky. She realized many of them where needed guidance on Self-Awareness Emotional Intelligence. She went back to the drawing board and examined how she developed these skills for herself and held herself accountable, tracking her progress over the years.

'I took notes, wrote down most of my late night thoughts and ideas as well as quotes on the internet. I minimized procrastination by getting to the root of what took time away from me. This included people and activities that did not serve the direction I was going in life. I confronted myself and discovered who I truly was this was the no easy task as I had to let go of self-comforting habits but it was worth the effort.'

And that's how Biabook was born. Biabook comes in 5 volumes. The first volume is the highlight of self-discovery. This volume covers YOU, YOUR IDEAS/GOALS and YOUR BRAND. This will help you and/or your students build their Self-Awareness Emotional Intelligence(SAEI), understand their personality, steer their passion, and minimize self-procrastination.

Biabook is for young adults, students, entrepreneurs, business owners, for mentors, business advisors and parents to help get budding ideas to launch. The goal is to foster entrepreneurs globally who have developed their SAEI.
